ORDER PROCESSING:‬

‭Please allow 2-3 days to process your order. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information within 3-5 days.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING‬

Orders are generally shipped within 2-7 days using DHL, UPS, OR FEDEX. 

‭DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:‬

We offer $15 flat rate shipping within the United States. Free shipping is available on all domestic orders over $150

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES‬

‭Due to the nature of our products and the importance of hygiene and quality assurance, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 72 hours of receiving your order‬ at chellychellhair@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these concerns on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to provide a satisfactory resolution.
